Tiffany (American, 1848-1933) and his designers created a revolutionary design aesthetic that brought the beauty of the natural world into the home.  This delightful expandable vase is inspired by a stunning Red Poppy shade in the collection of the New-York Historical Society, designed by Clara Driscoll (American, 1861–1944), manager of the women who selected and cut glass at Tiffany Studios (the Tiffany Girls).
