We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read through our return policy for information relevant to your orders.
If you received an incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or send you the correct item after you have returned the incorrect item to us. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for a replacement shipment.
If your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will help you make immediate arrangements for a return. Please include your order number within the email. We will issue a full refund or send you a replacement after you have returned the broken, damaged or defective product.
All sale items are final and excluded from our return policy.
In order to be eligible for an exchange or refund for unwanted items, returned merchandise must arrive in its original condition with original packaging (unopened). Opened or used merchandise may not be returned.
Exchanges and refunds are granted for returns received within ten days of receipt of the goods according to the tracking information provided to you and to us. If you desire a refund, that refund will be credited to the same credit card or payment service you used to place your order.
MomentsHaveYou must authorize all returns. If you would like to return a product you have purchased from us, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details and your name and contact information. We will get back to you right away to arrange the return. Upon receipt of a confirmation email, pack the merchandise in the original package and send pre-paid and insured to:

Please include your name, phone number, order number and original packing slip. If you would like to exchange for another item in the store, please be specific about that item. We need all of this information to process your request.
MomentsHaveYou is not responsible for return shipping costs and we will only pay the cost of return shipping if the return is the result of our error. We strongly suggest that you return the item via an insured carrier (such as: FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and that you insure the item for its full value. Retain all postal and insurance receipts to protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; we cannot accept COD returns. Returns are typically processed within 72 hours.
“Local Pick-Up” option is available ONLY to shoppers near Portland, Oregon who wish to come pick up the order from our brick-and-mortar shop.
